2021-06-17 00:00:00
The Burning Crusade Classic Arena Season 1 event is officially live. This event will allow players from the Alliance and the Horde to compete in three different arenas and earn incredible rewards. These arenas are Ring of Trials in Nagrand, the Circle of Blood in Blade’s Edge Mountains, and the Ruins of Lordaeron above Undercity. In order to enter the Arena, you will need to build a team of 2, 3 or 5 players and talk to an Arena Battlemaster. Your team will begin with a team rating of 0 and you will make your way to the top by vanquishing your enemies.
The currency used in the Arena is called Arena points and will allow you to buy Arena gear. These points will be attributed to your team during the weekly reset and the amount you receive will be based on the team that earned the most points. Be aware that there are requirements that you need to meet in order to qualify for Arena Points. Your personal rating must be within 150 points of your team’s rating and you must have played at least 10 games and participated in 30% of the team’s games during the previous week. After you earn Arena points you will be able to buy wares from vendors available in the different arenas.
Players will also have the opportunity to earn Seasonal reward at the end of each Arena season. Season 1 will allow you to earn the “Infernal Gladiator” title as well as the following rewards:
· Infernal Gladiator (Top 0.1%)
· Gladiator (Top 0.5%)
· Duelist (Top 0.5% – 3%)
· Rival (Top 3% – 10%)
· Challenger (Top 10% – 35%)
